  
 Jeff began his insurance career in 1979 as an agent for Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. and became licensed in all lines of insurance that same year. He opened the Jeff Carbone Insurance Agency in 1984 with a focus on personal lines property and casualty insurance. He attributes the success of his agency to his dedicated employees. "Going above and beyond" is not just a cliché, but the agency's philosophy. Jeff enjoys coaching his sons, Ted and Drew, in sports and has been a little league manager for several years. He also enjoys collecting antique and classic automobiles in his spare time. 
Jay has been with the Jeff Carbone Insurance Agency since 2002. He works at the Melrose office and handles the day to day operations there. He is a Salem State College graduate and has earned his CISR designation. Jay is also a firefighter with the Melrose Fire Department and understands the importance of proper Home and Auto insurance coverage. Jay resides in Wakefield with his wife Maria and Daughter Marissa. 
Liz a CSIR, began her career in the insurance industry in 1988 with the Commerce Insurance Company. She has been with the Jeff Carbone Insurance Agency since 1993, dealing with all types of insurance, including auto, home, life, business, workers’ compensation, and general liability. Liz lives in Dudley with her husband and two sons. 
Jim started working for Jeff Carbone Insurance, in 1998. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a CISR designation. Jim, as well as the rest of Jeff Carbone’s staff stays ahead of changes in the insurance industry by attending regular industry classes and seminars. He lives in North Reading with his wife Barbara and their two children Amy and Paige. |
